I ship my items

normally within 1-3 business days.
I do not make a profit off of handling charges.  My rates are fair and low, and are only there to cover basics like packaging supplies.

Parcel Post
may take a few days as sometimes I can only get to the post office a couple times a week, but it will be as soon as possible.

: I look for opportunities to go the extra mile.  For customers in my shipping zone, I am often able to give a free upgrade on parcel post shipping to priority.

I care about my customers and want to make sure you get the service you deserve.  I do have a family with little ones, and they come first, but I will get back to you as soon as I can.  If you are disappointed with some aspect of our transaction, please let me know before leaving feedback so I can do my best to correct the situation.
Returns
I am only able to accept returns if item has been grossly misrepresented.
I work out of my home and I just don't have the space or time (I'm a mommy) to handle returns.
I describe items as accurately as possible and to the best of my ability.  That said, I do want my buyers to feel confident in buying from me.
If there is a problem, I will work with you to fix it.
International shipping
I’m happy to ship internationally via Priority Mail, but this is obviously more expensive than domestic mail.
Payment
Payment is due within 7 days of auction end (5 days for international sales).  After 5 days, if I haven't heard from you, an unpaid item case will be opened.
Seller may relist item if payment has not been received in this time frame.
