Vintage Garcia Mitchell 308 Ultra Light Fresh Water Spinning Fishing Reel France.
Very nice reel. Clean. Works great! Shiny finish and the lettering is bright and clear.
As with nearly all vintage some minor knicks should be expected.

All in all this is  really a treasure of a reel and appears to have been well taken care of.
