There is much surface wear to the exterior blue finish on the top of the reel, on the foot/leg, on the rotating head, on the after-market handle, on the spool, on the bail wire, and on the side plate.     Up for sale is a used Garcia Mitchell 408 Spinning Reel that is in
    GOOD MECHANICAL CONDITION and FAIR COSMETIC CONDITION.
    The reel casts and retrieves line properly, the drag works well, the reel spins freely, the bail snaps shut, the anti-reverse lever works properly but only has one or two stops, and the handle reels properly. There is much surface wear to the exterior blue finish on the top of the reel, on the foot/leg, on the rotating head, on the after-market handle, on the spool, on the bail wire, and on the side plate.
